Nick has been with Anderssen Lawyers since 2007 and now heads up the firm's Governance, Estate and Succession Planning division. Using his qualifications in governance, accounting and law, Nick works closely with his clients to understand their personal and financial circumstances so that he may assist them to manage and protect their assets. Through a careful and consultative approach, Nick helps his clients develop and implement appropriate plans and structures so that they may achieve their short and long-term goals.

With experience ranging from Board Governance, Company Secretary, Trusts, Self-Managed Superannuation Funds, Estate and Business Succession Planning, Nick is able to assist clients with a broad spectrum of asset management and protection concerns.

With extensive experience in dispute resolution and litigation, Nick also understands the value in creating processes that anticipate issues before they arise and enable them to be managed with as little disruption as possible.
