Dale Ellerman
Principal
Dale practices extensively in Planning and Environment Law and related jurisdictions and is recognised as an expert in his field. He is passionate about achieving successful outcomes for his clients. He appreciates this can only be achieved with teamwork and collaboration between the client, their consultants and their legal advisor.
Dale has served a large range of clients from urban developers to agribusiness clients in a diverse range of projects including high rise residential and commercial buildings, shopping centres, mixed industry and business areas, industrial estates, residential subdivision, sporting and community facilities, heritage and character issues, broad scale land clearing, retirement villages, major medical facilities, major livestock facilities and master planned developments.

Dale is a father of two and shares his life with Sakitha in vibrant West End, Brisbane. When not at work Dale attempts mountain biking, running and travelling through Europe.

Megan has been with Anderssen Lawyers since 2007 and practices extensively in Planning and Environment Law and related jurisdictions.
She has a wealth of experience working on a diverse range of matters relating to town planning, infrastructure and acquisition of land act claims, including litigation, advisory work and compliance. Megan advises a range of clients, including property developers, commercial clients, submitters against development approvals and dispossessed landowners.

Yanan Qi Solicitor

Before joining Anderssen Lawyers, Yanan gained valuable experience across boutique, mid-sized, and top-tier law firms since 2016. She holds both Australian and Chinese legal practicing certificates and brings a wealth of expertise in property law, commercial law, and litigation.
Yanan has extensive experience in property acquisitions, sales and purchases, leasing, and associated due diligence and sale preparation. She regularly advises on retail shop leases and major property leasing matters, like advising leasing teams for shopping centres and commercial buildings. Yanan also advises in commercial litigation and construction litigation, providing clients with strategic and practical legal solutions.

Georgina has assisted the planning and environment team at Anderssen Lawyers since
2020. 
She has a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology and was admitted as a solicitor in Queensland in September 2025. She has experience in multiple
areas of law including planning and environment, resumptions, estate planning and
administration and commercial leasing and conveyancing. In particular, she has
considerable experience assisting in litigious matters in the Queensland Planning and Environment Court including Bluepoint Bargara Pty Ltd ats Stockwell Development Group
Pty Ltd and Bundaberg Regional Council (2023).

Felicity Kimeklins
Senior Paralegal and Office Manager
Felicity is a senior paralegal and office manager at Anderssen Lawyers and assists Paul McGrory in Anderssens' Property, Leasing, Commercial and Finance practice areas. 
She has extensive experience as a paralegal in property and commercial transactions and
has a keen instinct for creating client value wherever that opportunity might arise.
